Procedure
A preliminary application should be made to the Directorate of Land Registry. For preliminary application, a sequence number must be obtained. You can do so by dialing 181 or submitting an application at https://randevu.tkgm.gov.tr/. After preliminary action, a date will be determined between the seller and the buyer for the transfer transactions.
You must prepare the following documents:
The title deed of the property
Passport of the foreigner purchasing the property, as well as a photocopy of the passport
The applicable municipality must produce you a "Property Value Statement Document."
One photo of the seller, two photos of the buyer
Compulsory earthquake insurance
If you can not speak Turkish, a translator is required.
If the transfer is made with a power of attorney prepared outside of Turkey, the original or certified copy of the power of attorney must be presented (Turkish translation of the power of attorney is required).
