You must also have exam results showing that you can meet the prescribed foreign language requirements, at least two years of qualified and full-time commercial experience in the five years before applying, and all the requirements for a skilled trade according to the National Occupational Classification system.

Canadian Experience Class: Only individuals with work experience in Canada can apply for this program. You must have at least 12 months of full-time work experience in Canada, with a suitable work permit, and test results showing that you meet the prescribed foreign language requirements.
