For the permits to be approved without any problems, there are some points to be considered during the application phase. First of all, the type of visa to be applied for must be determined correctly. A wrong choice can negatively affect the entire application.

Visa types are determined according to the jobs that applicants want to do. It is very important to choose the right visa type.

Tier 2 Visa must be obtained by non-European Union citizens or citizens of other countries except Switzerland. For this type of visa, the need for employees in the sector and the education/expertise level of the person are primarily examined.

Tier 5 Visa

The Tier 5 Visa is a permit designed for those who want to travel and work in the UK in several specific situations such as for charity and religious workers, entertainers, diplomatic staff, sportspeople, and only for a limited period (up to 12 months).

Work permit applications are determined by the scoring system organized by the UK. If the person gets at least 70 points in their qualifications and the sector they want to work in, their visa application is accepted, and they are entitled to work in the UK. The invitation letter received from a company serving in the sector in which the person wants to work and the Certificate of Sponsorship of the licensed company in the local workforce test earns 30 points. It is worth 30 points for the person to receive 152.000 pounds and a higher salary commitment in the invitation letter from the company. An annual salary of £ 20,000 is 20 points. The adequacy of the person's financial resources and the English level of at least B1 are also calculated as 10 points. If the documents are complete, the applications are concluded within 15 working days at the latest. In rejected applications, the person has the right to appeal the rejection decision within one month.

If the person does not object to rejected applications and wants to re-apply for the UK Work Permit visa, the application fees must be paid again.
