Why Do You Need to Buy a House in 2022?

In the globalized world, it is very important to travel to different countries without a visa. Visa-free travel can be lifesaving for business people, people who go abroad for education, and those who prefer other countries for holidays. The passport value of the countries, which is evaluated by independent organizations every year, is one of the indicators of the political and economic power of those countries. In the first quarter of 2022, Turkey rose seven places in the passport index to 50th place. Thus, what are the figures and determinants in the passport index?

Visa-Free Travel Figures for Countries

The Henley Passport Index was recently released. According to this report, Turkey, which allows visa-free travel to 110 countries, ranked 50th from 57th place. At the top of the list are Japan and Singapore, which provide visa-free travel to 192 countries. Germany and South Korea are second on the list, providing visa-free travel to 190 countries, followed by Finland, Italy, Luxembourg, and Spain.

Turkey Is Among the Countries Where Residence and Citizenship Can Be Obtained Through Investment

With Turkey providing visa-free travel to 110 countries, there has been an increase in the number of people who want to obtain citizenship from Turkey through investment and go to these countries. In addition to trade, there has been an increase in Middle Eastern and African countries investing in Turkey because of education, tourism, war, and conflict. For example, Nigerian citizens have the opportunity to travel to the countries of their choice through their Turkish passport due to Nigeria’s very few visa-free travel opportunities. Turkey will continue to be among the preferred countries as it provides citizenship through investment and expands visa-free travel requirements.
