Showcasing its natural beauties and touristic areas for many years, Cyprus is recently going through a major construction boom phase that first began in late 2013, when legislation was passed encouraging construction. Ever since, hundreds of new residential units and commercial businesses are introduced to Cypriot cities each year.
Currently, there are over 70 buildings that are proposed or under construction that will stand taller than 50m upon completion, out of which 32 are skyscrapers. Amongst the under-construction projects is the One Limassol Tower. Once completed, it will be Europe's tallest seafront residential building. Another project in Limassol, Aura, recently has been approved and once completed, it will become the tallest building in Cyprus, standing at 178,5 meters.
At the moment, there are a total of 33 buildings in the construction phase with a height of at least 100 meters.

Located in Limassol, this high-rise building is within walking distance of pristine beaches. The tower, which is 102 meters tall, offers residential apartments and commercial offices.
